Channels

Channels are sales channels that your orders can be grouped into. This is often an option in the reports to compare different data.

Other Channels​

Other integrations don't have sales channels defined so we can pull them in by request depending on how it's set for your store

Best Practices​

Generally, Point of Sale and Draft Orders are excluded from order data. We may also exclude some Return channels.
