Settings Overview

Statlas will scrape the logo from your site, looking for keywords such as logo.png. Sometimes, logo.png will be the logo for a link to an affiliate or some random image. Also, a lot of Shopify sites are using more complex SVG images so Statlas will be unable to scrape the logo in this case. You can just copy a link to the image in this textbox instead.

Agency

Admin Only - can change the agency associate with your store

Industry

This is normally selected during onboarding, but selecting this with the correct industry will help with benchmarking. When we run low on data such as seasonality studies, we will look into industry data as fallbacks.

Currency / Timezone

Statlas allows for your store to be set in a different currency and timezone than your connections. Timezone conversions only applies to e-commerce data.

Revenue Definition

We recommend that stores use Order Revenue because that more closely aligns with the definition reported by advertising platforms. But you can change the definition here.

Other Settings

These are all settings that will affect your store and it is recommended to go through them one by one to see if something is important to your business. We will go over the most common settings from most to least important.

Facebook Attribution

Facebook's default attribution setting is 7 day click and 1 day view. But you may have set different campaigns to be defaulted to different settings. So it's advised to report on a consistent setting.
